Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At AgriShamayu Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our processes regarding returns, replacements, and cancellations.

Returns & Replacements

• We offer a “no-questions-asked” return option at the time of delivery. Customers are requested to check the product upon delivery and may return it immediately if they are not satisfied with its quality.
• If you are unavailable during delivery, you may raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. To process your request efficiently, it is mandatory to provide clear images of the product highlighting the issue.
• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement.
• If the delivered product does not match your order, we will ensure replacement with the correct item at no additional cost.

Delivery & Re-shipping

In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable
• Premises locked
• Refusal to accept the order

The order will still be considered fulfilled and chargeable. No refunds will be applicable in such situations. For re-delivery, an additional ₹30 per piece delivery charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

AgriShamayu Private Limited follows a strict no-refund policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

However, in case of a verified manufacturing defect, the product will be eligible for replacement only, subject to validation and approval.
